Guiyang is a place where people are outstanding. It is said that an oldmonk came to Guiyang and found that there was a lot of aura of heaven and earthon a mountain in Guiyang. So the old monk came here and planted a pine tree. Asa result, the pine tree survived, and the branches and leaves were luxuriant. Itproved that the old monk was a famous red pine monk. So he built a temple here,called "Hongfu Temple", which means to carry forward Buddhism and benefit theworld. The Lingshan mountain, which gathers the aura of heaven and earth, iscalled "Qianling mountain".
Dear tourists, now the mountain in front of us is Qianling mountain, whichis composed of daluoling, xiangwangling, baixiangling, Tanshan, zhangbofeng,shizitai, guandaoyan, Baota and Beifeng. Now Qianling park is dominated byQianling mountain, and then opened up Qianling Lake, zoo, Qilin cave, Erba andSanling Bay.
On my right side is the cableway. If you want to get to the top of themountain first, you can start from the cableway. If you want to see giantpandas, peacocks, lions and tigers, you can visit the zoo from Sanling Bay andQilin cave. However, most of the people who play in the mountains, especiallythe Pilgrims who worship Buddha in the mountains, slowly climb up the "Jiuqupath".
Now there are 380 steps and 24 zigzag turns on the zigzag path under ourfeet, which is called "zigzag path" because there are nine big bends. Along thestone wall beside the mountain road, there are many stone carvings, from "thefirst mountain", "Qianling scenic spot" to "Amitabha Buddha in the South" Guidepeople to approach Buddhism and feel the state of "heart is Buddha". You see,there is a huge "tiger" character, which is a stone carving of the Qing Dynasty.Why is there the word "tiger" in Foshan? As we all know, tiger is the king ofthe mountains. What ghosts dare to get close to it? Therefore, Buddhism ispromoted and a clean place is obtained. There is also a "blow snail wall" on thetop. Some wonderful holes are all over the stone wall. The size of the holes islike fingers. If you stick your mouth to the stone wall, you can blow the soundof the sea snail. It is said that if you blow the small holes, you can live along life. At the end of the zigzag path, there is a spring Pavilion called Xibopool. Here, we will finish the zigzag path. Dear tourists, this large stonesculpture on my right is called "Jiulong bathing Buddha". It says that whenShakyamuni was born, nine dragons spat water to bathe him. Hongfu temple is onthe left. In Buddhism, this is called the mountain gate, which represents theempty gate, the Wuxiang gate and the Wuzuo gate respectively. If the middle gateis opened, it means to escape into the empty gate and become a monk.
After you incense in Hongfu temple, we can follow this mountain path downto Qianling Lake. Qianling Lake is rippling and refreshing. Here, you can relaxwholeheartedly and throw yourself into the embrace of nature. Here you can goboating on the lake. If you are tired, you can also build a pot of warm tea inthe teahouse by the lake. From this side, there is a square with the monument ofGuizhou liberation martyrs. It is a place for teenagers to carry out patrioticeducation.
Now we go down the mountain to Qilin cave. It gets its name because thereis a huge stalactite in the Qilin cave, which is very similar to a qilin. Inthis "Shuiyue nunnery" beside Qilin cave, two patriotic generals Zhang Xueliangand Yang Hucheng were imprisoned, leaving many stories.
