摘要：The present invention is related to interactive training. In one embodiment, atraining system presents a stored scenario to a user via a terminal. The user is providedwith the ability to intervene and stop the pre-recorded scenario to identify an error in

handling the situation presented in the scenario and/or an opportunity presented in thescenario. Once the user has intervened, the user can be presented with a questionregarding the opportunity and/or error. The user is scored based in part on the numberof errors and/or opportunities that the user identified and optionally on the user'sresponse to the question.
