英语作文 Lifelong Learning

There is an old saying, knowledge changes life. It’s the experience of our forefathers, however, it is correct in many cases even today. With the development of the society, Lifelong Learning is increasingly important. Government is also support for lifelong learning, such as strengthening the library's construction, start-up school for old people and set up some TV program so as to spread the knowledge.

As for me, I’m in favor of the opinion that education is not complete with graduation. As food is to the body, so is learning to the mind. We should keep learning day by day to maintain our keen mental power and expand our intellectual capacity. First of all, Constant learning supplies us with inexhaustible fuel for driving us to sharpen our power of reasoning, analysis, and judgment. Next, learning new skills and knowledge contributes directly to enhancing our job opportunities or promotion opportunities. Last but not least, keep on learning all the life can also make many friends.

As college students, we should lay a solid foundation for study and expand our scope of knowledge. Besides, we can regard the good books as our great friends. We can learn from the internet whenever we want and communicating with other people is the other way to lifelong learning.

It’s never too old to learn. We still have a long way to go.
