摘要：The invention provides a process for treating the surface of substrate in orderto improve its adhesion properties which comprises pretreating the surface with a primercomposition containing (a) a radical precursor and (b) a laser radiation absorbing materialhaving an absorption maximum in the vicinity of the wavelength of the laser light, andsubsequently exposing the surface to a laser which produces an elevated temperature onthe surface of the organic material.
