摘要：A multi-layered film comprising a polyolefin layer and at least one polyester orpolyphenylene sulfide layer adjacent to the polyolefin layer, adhesion between thepolyolefin layer and the polyester or polyphenylene sulfide layer being 0.1 to 20 g/cmand a polyolefin constituting the polyolefin layer containing 0.001 to 1 % by weight of aquaternary phosphonium salt of sulfonic acid. The multi-layered film is characterized inthat a polyolefin single-layer film or a polyester or polyphenylene sulfide single-layerfilm can be easily peeled off from the multi-layered film and casting can be carried out ata high speed.
