摘要：A rotary tilling device (i) has a cutting device (R) having a plurality of cutters (21)each of which is rotatably mounted on a supporting member (19). The cutter has avertical portion (21a) and a lateral portion (21b) at an end of the vertical portion and hasedges (21c,21d) on both sides of the vertical and lateral portions. The cutter is held by astopper (22) in a tilling position when rotated in a tilling direction, and is released in agrass cutting position when rotated in the opposite direction.
