近日，本报记者从2013第四届节能中国推介活动发布仪式上获悉，重钢集团、中国华能集团等10家单位荣获“2013节能中国十大贡献单位”称号。

近年来，重钢集团实现了创新性的紧凑化、准连续化现代钢铁新流程。重钢新区集成与创新钢铁制造过程的物流及工序间界面新技术，实现了工序集成的协调优化，大大降低了生产成本。该集团应用低物流运输成本技术，实现了厂内、外道路运输吨钢物流运量比为1:3.2（常规1:6），节省物流成本；实现吨钢综合能耗降低约7.72千克标煤，年节约燃料消耗约71372吨标煤、节约钢坯消耗约1.12万吨。

此外，重钢新区对钢渣尾渣、高炉水渣、废旧耐材等全量综合利用，年可节约或回收资金共计约10亿元。

Chongqing Steel awarded top 10 energy saver

It was learnt from the release ceremony of the 4th China Energy Saving Promotion Initiative of 2013 recently that Chongqing Steel Group entered 2013 Top 10 Energy Saving Contributor of China. In recent years, Chongqing Steel Group has realized a modern new steelmaking process of innovative compactness and quasi-continuity. The New Area of Chongqing Steel achieved coordination and optimization of production processes through integration and innovation of new interface technologies between processes as well as logistics of steelmaking production, significantly reducing production cost. Through adoption of low cost logistics transportation technology, the steelmaker has lowered the ratio of road transportation amount per ton of steel both inside and outside of plants to 1:3.2 (normally 1:6), reduced the composite energy consumption per ton of steel by about 7.72kg standard coal, saved fuel consumption by about 71,372 tons of standard coal annually and saved 11,200 tons of slab consumption annually.

Furthermore, the New Area of Chongqing Steel has been comprehensively utilizing steelmaking slag tailings, BF granulated slag and waste refractory materials, saving or recovering around RMB one billion annually.
