金融学专业本科人才培养方案

Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Finance

一、 培养目标（Educational Objectives）

本专业培养德、智、体、美全面发展，具备金融学方面的理论知识和业务技能，掌握货币银行学、国际金融、证券投资、保险等基本知识，了解中外金融发展现状，熟悉国家有关金融的方针、与法规以及WTO关于国际金融业务的规则，能在商业银行、证券公司、投资银行、保险公司等金融机构和企业从事相关工作的应用人才。

The speciality is set to cultivate practical management talents who have theoretical knowledge and professional skills in Finance, and master basic theories and knowledge in subjects of monetary and banking、International finance、securities investment and insurance, and understand financial situation at home and abroad, and know our country’s financial guiding principles, policies, laws and regulations about finance and WTO regulation about international finance business very well, and can be engaged in the relevant jobs in financial institution (such as commercial bank, securities company, investment bank and insurance company ) and enterprises.

二、 基本规格要求（Skills Profile）

1．掌握金融学科的基础理论、基本知识；

2．具有处理银行、证券、投资与保险等方面业务的基本能力； 3．熟悉国家有关金融的方针、和法规； 4．了解本学科的理论前沿和发展动态；

5．掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。 1. Master basic theories and knowledge in Finance major.

2. Have the basic ability handling the business in bank, securities, and insurance, etc.

3. Know country’s financial guiding principle, policies, law and regulation about finance very well. 4. Understand new theories and trends of development in Finance major.

5. Obtain the fundamental method of searching documents and data, and have the ability of doing scientific research and practical work.
