电镀要求

1/ 通过附着力测试，即百格测试

2/ 耐酒精测试，用粘酒精的棉布擦拭15s,不变色，不露底色；

3/ 硬度测试，至少1H以上，用1H的铅笔划，表面不会遗留明显印迹；

4/ 颜色要求相对一致；

5/ 外观要求较严格，表面不能有明显麻点，刮花现象。

6/ 包装要求良好，防止运输过程碰伤，碰花

7/ 灯体表面温度：68度，表面电镀耐温至少要达到70度以上。

Base on this, you can arrange a general manager to help you from Austria, I just do not want you so tired!

About ESTO, too many points need improvement immediate,such as system、suppliers、 discipline and so on

it is difficult to improve these problems in short time, I will try my best to do well and I believe that after a few months there will be significant changes

Some QC’s quality-mind were rather poor, I will do more training and teaching

I suggest polishing workshop to increase to 8 people next year, it is conducive to quality control and the polished fee in ESTO is much cheaper than outside,

By the way, I went here more than a month, as far as I know, I can find some better supplier to produce most of our products: cheaper price and better quality
