It is provided that the tilt adjustment device has an uppersupport plate (40) and a lower support plate (30), wherein the moving cushion part (12A-1) rests on the upper support plate (40), wherein an actuator (50), arranged between thesupport plates (30, 40), can effect a movement of the upper support plate (40) relative tothe lower support plate (30), whereby the moving cushion part (12A-1) can be movedfrom an essentially flat un-raised position into a tilted raised position.
