摘要：An simplified power disturbance gage is provided which can measure and

quantify high speed anomalies on the power mains, and which requires no special trainingand can be used by a service technician in just a few moments to determine which powerline anomalies are the cause of failure of connected equipment, without the need forcomplicated graphs or analysis by experienced technicians or engineering professionalsadditionally, the gage of the present invention can learn the acceptable limits ofoperation and report when the power lines deviate from the normally established limitsof the power disturbances or the learned limits of the power disturbances.
