With the development of munication technology, cell phones are being more and more popular. They have almost bee part of our life.

Last week we held a discussion about whether cell phones should be allowed at school. Opinions are divided. Some think, it is convenient to get in touch with others in time of emergency. Besides, they can download music and surf the internet for information. However, others argue that cell phones are not a must in school but a distraction if used improperly. Worse still, some even use them to cheat in exams.

Personally, cell phones are useful in our daily life. But it doesn't mean we can use them freely in school. Why not allow the students to use them at designed time and places!
